【Edition Art Print ご購入にあたってのお願い】
お手続きの前に、必ずご一読いただきますようお願いいたします。
1. ご注文確定後は、お客様のご都合によるキャンセル・返品・交換はお受けできませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。
2. 商品のお届け時にお受け取りいただけず弊社に返送された場合は、2ヶ月間保管いたします。期間内にご連絡をいただければ再配送（送料はお客様負担）を承ります。保管期間を過ぎてもお引き取りがない場合、弊社にて適宜対応させていただきます。
3. お支払いはクレジットカード一括払いのみとなります。システムの都合上、銀行振込の選択肢が表示されてしまいますが、本販売ではご利用いただけませんので、ご注意ください。
4. 不正購入が確認された場合、直ちに販売を中止致します。
5. お電話やメールでのお取り置き、ご予約は行っておりません。
6. 作品は状態を確認し、丁寧に梱包しておりますが、長期保管には向いておりません。折れ・色あせ・シミ・破れなどが発生しないよう、お取り扱いには十分ご注意ください。
なお、外装や梱包資材は作品を保護するためのものです。これらに破損や汚れが生じた場合でも、作品自体に問題がない場合は交換・補償の対象外となります。
7. 国際配送の規制や配送先の国の状況により、配送方法や条件が変更となる場合がございます。
※配送につきましては、準備が整い次第順次発送致します。
※ご注文いただいた時点で、上記の内容にご理解・ご同意いただいたものとさせていただきます。
【Important Notice Before Purchase】
Please read the following information carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
1. All sales are final. Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations, returns, or exchanges cannot be accepted for personal reasons.
2. If a shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to us, the item will be held for up to two months. If you contact us within this period, we will arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer). If the item is not claimed within the storage period, we will handle the matter at our discretion.
3. Payment is accepted by credit card only. Due to system settings, a bank transfer option may appear during checkout; however, it is not available for this sale.
4. If fraudulent purchases are detected, the sale will be cancelled immediately.
5. We do not accept reservations or holds by phone or email.
6. Each artwork is inspected and carefully packed before shipment. However, it is not suitable for long-term storage in its original packaging. Please handle and store the work properly to avoid damage such as bending, fading, stains, or tearing.
The outer packaging materials are intended solely to protect the artwork during transit. Damage or wear to the packaging itself does not qualify for exchange or compensation if the artwork inside remains unaffected.
7. Shipping methods and conditions may change depending on international shipping regulations or circumstances in the destination country.
